I SPEAK BLUE is a calming bedtime story that helps children discover the power of their voice. Guided by Cobalt the Blue Phoenix, young Mountaineers explore the Throat Chakra—the energy center of truth, clarity, and self-expression—through gentle affirmations, soothing storytelling, and a guided meditation.

Each “I SPEAK” affirmation encourages courage, kindness, and calm communication. Children learn to speak their truth with confidence and love while relaxing into peaceful sleep.
